Julie qualified as a Nutritional Therapist in June 2012 and shortly after set up her private practice, Natural Vitality, based on the South Coast. Offering individuals nutrition and lifestyle advice Julie works within the functional medicine model which recognises that everyone is an individual with their own unique biochemical make-up depending on age, lifestyle, environment and health history. In 2015 she joined the charity Breast Cancer Haven, Wessex in the local, newly opened premises, supporting visitors with nutritional
advice, workshops and talks. Julie has a passion for presenting and sharing nutritional advice and the other portion of her time is spent working for SuperWellness. SuperWellness support employee wellbeing within organisations, results show nutrition can quickly make a measurable difference, allowing us to create quick wins such as improvements to sleep, mental wellbeing and energy. We aim to maximise employee engagement, motivate action and support people through behaviour change. Julie has worked with P&O Ferries, Eaton, The Stafford Hotel, Zurich and VitalityHealth.
